The following (12) pictures came in the email 'a treasured gift'...from Tom Morgan a photographer who lives in Louisville, Kentucky.

His note said:
"Dear Family of Jake - I started work on this project of assembling my best photos of Jake in early 2000. Now it's late 2006...I also moved three times, good things take time! We rode up a chair lift together at Big Bear in 1992 or 1993. I remember his gentle, easy going nature."
